Purpose: The main aim of this research is to investigate and analyze, the impact motivational factors on female entrepreneurship. This intends explore in-depth motivating entrepreneurs, with a focus Albania. Theoretical framework: literature entrepreneurship, global trends in women’s entrepreneurship Albania, motivation studied, it used better understand push pull entrepreneurs. Design/methodology/approach: methodology study consists quantitative methods. Based review our understanding, questionnaire was set up carried out collect data. It included several from five-point Likert scale. population consisted final sample 494 different Albanian cities. hypothesis developed response question. Regression analysis empirically evaluate using SPSS, version 23.
